Delete your account & data

You are always in control of your data. You can permanently delete your account and associated data directly in any RunRiva app, or by emailing us.

In the app

1. Open the app and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are permanently deleted.

By email

If you can’t access the app, email maciej.dzierzek@gmail.com from your account email (or include your in-app player ID, shown in Settings) and ask us to delete your account. We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account / player identifier and email (if you added one).
• Gameplay data: progress, streaks, achievements, daily-challenge history, XP.
• Leaderboard entries, display name, friend connections and challenges.
• Any synced cloud copy of the above.

What may be retained

We keep only what the law requires, and security/anti-abuse logs for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Purchase records held by Apple/Google are governed by their policies. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; unused virtual items (e.g. hints) are forfeited.
